Stop on In
To begin our process you’ll stop into the store and describe your project to us. Whether it’s a new home or a remodel, we have the expertise to guide you through the process. We recommend bringing in pictures of the existing areas if you have any so we can put them in our Visualizer to see how the new floor will look in your home.
Measure it Up
Once you have chosen your selections, we will come to your home and measure your project. We will cover furniture moving, floor transitions, installation, and timeframe to make sure all areas of your flooring project are covered. We will digitally measure your job to create a floor plan and take detailed notes during our appointment, so your quote is accurate.
Proposal
2-3 days after measuring your project we will call or email you with our proposal and scope of work. We will walk through the estimate with you to indicate what we will and will not be doing on the job to ensure we are on the same page. Upon signed approval and 50% down-payment of the total project, we will order your material and get your project rolling.
Installation
Your job will be scheduled when materials arrive to our warehouse, and we will coordinate the start date with your schedule. The day before installation our team will reach out to confirm entry to the home and start time for the installers. Our installers will confirm the scope of work to make sure everything is accurate before installation.
Final Details
Upon completion of your project we will contact you and go over the final product and address and final details that need to be taken care of before final payment is collected. We are proud of the work we provide to our customers and stand behind our products. We warranty our installation for 1 year and the product to the manufacturer’s warranty time frame.
